Lingonberry Glazed Holiday Ham


Serves 8-10

¼ cup Darbo wild lingonberry sauce

¼ cup Darbo apricot fruit spread

¼ cup apple cider

1 Tbs. Dijon mustard

1 Tbs. olive oil

1 Tbs. chopped rosemary

½ Tbs. soy sauce

½ tsp. ground ginger

Black pepper to taste

3 lb boneless ham


Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a large skillet with aluminum foil. In a small saucepan, add the first 9 ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened. While the glaze is simmering, score the ham and place it on the baking sheet. Pour half of the glaze over the ham and keep the remaining half warm. Bake the ham for 1 hour. Serve with the reserved glaze.
