Strawberry parfait


For 8 persons:

800 ml cream
3 egg yolks
1 egg
100 g sugar
200 g Darbo Double Fruit garden strawberry fruit spread



Whip the cream until it is stiff. Whip the egg yolk, egg and sugar on a water bath until it is frothy and a creamy mixture results. Next, whip in the cold water bath. Add Darbo garden strawberry fruit spread and stir until smooth. Finally, fold in the whipped cream a little at a time. Put the mixture into a mould lined with cling film, and freeze in the freezer compartment for approx. 8 hours.
