Darbo Compotes
Our range with the following varieties shows we also know a bit about making fruit compotes:
- Apricot and
- Berry.
It goes without saying that only the best fruit are good enough. And as well as the delicious taste, there's also the appearance - it's hard to resist sampling the contents of the appetising jar with its fabric-covered lid. Cooking fruit with water and sugar and serving it as a garnish with a dessert or on its own may be a bit old-fashioned, but the diet- and health-conscious know perfectly well that boiled fruit is much more digestible than raw fruit.
